How To Apply  Application Process

To apply for a facility we need some basic practice information.

Please fill the Application Form:-

  • A most recent full years practice Accounts.
  • If your accounts are nearing 10 months old we would like some up to date management figures too.
  • Proof of ID for the Partners / Directors completing the Application Form.
  • Proof of practice Bank details - a copy of a paying-in slip, bank statement or cheque.

As soon as we receive the information we shall put the file together for approval based on a funding limit you have discussed with your Business Managers and confirm approval to you as soon as possible. As soon as approval is granted we will send you the Legal Trading Agreement(s) between your business and ours and a DD Mandate form. This is so that we have your bank details for settlements due to you and for you to take over the remaining DD’s due from a client that has defaulted.

Upon receipt of the signed documents we will issue your Sales Manager with your system access codes and he will make arrangements to visit you again to re-cap on how to use the system and access the information.

Remember you are not left alone, we will all always be available to help with any part of the process.






To ensure this information is accurate and that we pay funds in the correct account, please provide either a copy bank statement or confirm these details on your bank's letter-head.

A guarantee may be required for LLP and Limited Companies

In considering your application we may search your credit record at credit reference agencies. They will add details of the search and your application to the credit reference record.
